Who we are

This website belongs to PT Kala Studio Digital (“Kala Studio”, “we”), Trenggalek, East Java, Indonesia. For anything about your personal data, email team@kalastudioai.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your organization, if you fill it in,
• the message you write.

The website also remembers your language choice (English or Indonesian) in your own browser. That choice is not sent to us.

Analytics: does the site use any analytics or tracking tool? If yes, name it and what it collects.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and to talk with you about a possible project. Confirm: no newsletter or marketing without asking first; data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own use.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Messages from the form arrive at our email address, team@kalastudioai.com. Email and hosting providers used, and where their servers are.

How long messages are kept, for example: until the conversation ends, or a set number of months.

Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email team@kalastudioai.com and we will reply within number of days.

If clients from the EU are expected: add the GDPR basis for processing and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
